Hot Water Baseboard Heat Under Kitchen Cabinets

I want to install kitchen cabinets on the window side and integrate the baseboard heating to be heating efficiently and look good.
This totally enclosed unit easily fits under a cabinet or in a wall. Some reconstruction of the underside of the cabinet front is needed to let air circulate through the finned pipe and maintain support of he cabinet floor. The unit has a powerful heating element that will reach the desired temp in the shortest possible time. Need ideas and information.
The highly efficient heat exchanger with a low water content ensures that the built in thermostat responds quickly. Since these have 1 2 piping you can not just plumb it in series as the baseboard was. Kitchen is small and under the windows is baseboard heating. A built in thermostat on the front panel allows you to adjust the heating temperature from 45 to 85 degrees f.
Remove the original baseboard heater and extend the pipes out to the front of the cabinet where you install a new finned pipe under the cabinet to become a fhw toekick heater. On the max setting the grid might vibrate a bit. Under cabinet heater 120v 240 208v take advantage of unused space with a discrete and effective heating solution. The dimplex kick space heater provides comfort in places where space is restricted.
