When the hardwood is laid it ll be brought up to the tile edge left you left by grinding down to the couple millimeters. Turn on the saw and gently push. Good luck with it. Cover any vents and remove the moldings using a pry bar. You remove the tile up to the edge of the cabinets but leaving 1 2mm of tile at the edge of the cabinet. Put on safety glasses ear plugs and a dust mask.
Next put masking tape on the edges of the cabinets to protect them from damage. Move to one end of the cabinet and place the blade flush against its edge. If only a 3 deep overhang and you are still going to have a toekick one could also just remove the existing one use a diamond scriber or dremell tool to scribe a cut line and then use a carbide chisel to score and break the tile at the toeline put in the new tile then the new toekick or cove or bullnose tile or whatever you want.
