White Kitchen Cabinets With Oak Trim Windows

I have a house built in the 60 s.
According to our designers mixing finishes is actually very popular right now. This was many years ago. We painted the two windows that were between the cabinets but that was it to. Large kitchen with lots of 80 s oak cabinet.
Cough the following is not my favorite kitchen ever but it looks like rustic cherry floors and cabinets the pantry door looks like a fir and all the rest of the trim is white. We had oak kitchen cabinets cheap pine stained to look like oak trim throughout the house. The backsplash tiles used are variously sized beige ceramic tiles which matches with the color tone of the counter top material. The doors were wood also stained.
All kitchen cabinets are of antiqued white finish with molding details and topped with a gorgeous slab of beige granite. They are still the old dirty looking medium oak color. I m using the same method throughout the house now to transform the rest of the baseboard and trim to white but i m using regular semigloss paint over the stix primer. Homeowners considering a renovation often wonder if the stained trim they already have in their kitchen will pair well with painted cabinets or if they will need to paint their existing window and door trim to match their white painted kitchen.

We kept the oak cabinets until we could afford a new kitchen 17 years but replaced all the trim throughout the house to white painted trim painted the doors white to match the trim.
