I wasn t in love with the space above the cabinets but i tried to make it work by decorating with vintage mason jars.

I have 24 above my cabinets and am thinking about raising the the cabinets 6 then boxing in the 18.
It creatively uses the space above the kitchen cabinets but doesn t require the labor and skill to add another row of cabinets and also doesn t clutter things up. I am not really wanting open shelving all over even though i love your laundry room. Not sure if it will look odd though. If you have a large space above your cabinets like us i recommend making them additional upper or open cabinets. Step by step instructions on building beautiful custom cabinet boxes and face frames. I can t wait to attempt to do it to mine. A follow up video will have the instructions on doors.
